Dr. Bandler

Mack K. Bandler, MD

Dr. Bandler has been a practicing radiologist with The Medford Radiology Group, P.C. since 1986 at which time he introduced and began the development of MRI services in Southern Oregon. Dr. Bandler is a graduate of the University of Arizona School of Medicine in Tucson. He performed his residency and fellowship at The University of California-Irvine (UCI). While at UCI, Dr. Bandler was appointed as a Clinical Instructor for CT, Ultrasound and MRI.
Dr. Ockner

James Ockner, MD

Dr. James L. Ockner received his undergraduate degree in biology from Pomona College, located in Claremont, CA and his medical degree from University of Nebraska College of Medicine in Omaha, Nebraska. Following graduation from medical school, Dr. Ockner completed his radiology internship at Southern Illinois University located in Springfield IL, his residency in diagnostic radiology at University of Illinois, St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria, IL. Dr. Ockner completed a fellowship at OHSU in Neuroradiology.
Dr. Campagna

Jess Campagna, MD

Dr. Campagna joined The Medford Radiological Group, P.C. (MRG) in August 2011. He complements our practice with Subspecialty Training in Musculoskeletal Imaging.

He grew up in Bend, OR and received his BS in mechanical engineering from Oregon State University in Corvallis, OR. He received his medical degree from Oregon Health and Science University (OHSU) in Portland, OR. The following year he completed his internship in general surgery at OHSU as well. He completed his diagnostic radiology residency at the University of Colorado in Denver, CO; followed by his fellowship training in Musculoskeletal Imaging at the University of California Davis school of Medicine in Sacramento, CA. During his final year at the University of Colorado he was elected and served as chief resident in diagnostic radiology.
Dr. Case

Graham R. Case, MD

Dr. Case joined The Medford Radiological Group, P.C. (MRG) in August 2010. He complements our practice with Subspecialty Training in Musculoskeletal Radiology. He received his medical degree from Drexel University College of Medicine in Philadelphia, PA. He completed his internship and Diagnostic Radiology residency at St. Luke’s Medical Center in Milwaukee, WI; followed by his fellowship training in Musculoskeletal Radiology at University Hospitals Case Western Reserve in Cleveland, OH.
Dr. Christensen

Jared A. Christensen, MD

Dr. Christensen joined The Medford Radiological Group, P.C. (MRG) in July 2010. He complements our practice with experience in Diagnostic Radiology including advanced MRI, CT, and Ultrasound as well as experience in both therapeutic and diagnostic intervention, including cancer ablation.

Dr. Christensen received his medical degree from Mayo Medical School at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN; where he was the Lucille B. Gooding scholar. After graduating from medical school, Dr. Christensen completed an internship in Internal Medicine and a four-year residency in Diagnostic Radiology, both at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN. While in residency, Dr. Christensen was elected chief resident in the Department of Radiology, a position he held for two years. In 2010, he completed an additional fellowship year in Cross-Sectional Imaging at Mayo Clinic, where he focused on MRI, CT, and Ultrasound of the body as well as the interventional treatment of cancer.

Dr. Christensen is the author of several articles on diagnostic and Interventional Radiology in major medical journals and has presented his research both nationally and internationally. He is a member of the American College of Radiology, Radiological Society of North America, American Roentgen Ray Society, and the Society of Radiologists in Ultrasound.
Dr. Darlington

Kristina E. Darlington, DO

Dr. Darlington joined The Medford Radiological Group, P.C. in August 2007 fresh from her Cross Sectional/Body Imaging Fellowship at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, Michigan, bringing with her expertise in Osteopathic Radiology. Dr. Darlington completed her Diagnostic Radiology Residency at Michigan State University in East Lansing, Michigan. Dr. Darlington currently serves on the Board of Directors for The Medford Radiological Group, P.C. as Treasurer.

Dr. Darlington is board certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Radiology and National Boards of osteopathic medicine. She has earned honors and awards in Sigma Sigma Phi National Osteopathic Honor Society, National Dean’s List, and Community Clinic Service Award-Montclair Community Clinic. Dr. Darlington has received a Certificate of Recognition from the City of Montclair Mayor Paul M. Eaton and a Certificate of Recognition for Summer Anatomy Preparation Program Facilitator.
Dr. English

Benjamin S. English, MD

Dr. English joined The Medford Radiological Group, P.C. (MRG) in July 2011. He complements our practice with Subspecialty Training in Vascular and Interventional Radiology.

He received his medical degree from New York Medical College in Valhalla, NY. where he earned class distinction in the Alpha Omega Alpha medical honor society. He completed his internship in Internal Medicine at Santa Barbara Cottage Hospital, in Santa Barbara, CA., followed by a Diagnostic Radiology residency at the University of Colorado in Denver, CO. During his training, he was elected as Chief Resident by both the faculty and his peers. He was Board Certified in June 2010, which was followed by additional fellowship training in Vascular and Interventional Radiology also at the University of Colorado.

Dr. English has authored several articles and posters on Interventional Radiology which were presented at both local and national meetings. He is a member of the Society of Interventional Radiology, American Roentgen Ray Society, American College of Radiology, and Radiological Society of North America.
Dr. Fennell

Michael S. Fennell, MD

Dr. Fennell moved to the Rogue Valley with his family in 1999 when he joined The Medford Radiological Group, P.C. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for The Medford Radiological Group, P.C. as the Secretary. Creighton University School of Medicine in Omaha, Nebraska is where Dr. Fennell graduated Magna Cum Laude, earning his Medical Degree. He completed his Diagnostic Radiology residency at Los Angeles County-University of Southern California Medical Center, and then went on to Stanford University for a fellowship specializing in Body CT, MRI, and ultrasound. He is also a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha National Honor Medical Society.
Dr. Hills

James R. Hills, MD

James R. Hills, MD joined The Medford Radiological Group, P.C. January 2009. Dr. Hills comes to the Rogue Valley with ten years of experience from Hummelstown, PA.

Dr. Hills received his medical degree from Jefferson Medical College, Philadelphia, PA. He completed his five year residency in diagnostic radiology at the Pennsylvania State University, and The Milton S. Hershey Medical Center in Hershey, PA were he was the Chief Resident in Diagnostic Radiology in 1997.
Dr. Hofstetter

Seth M. Hofstetter, MD

Dr. Hofstetter and his family moved to the Rogue Valley when he joined The Medford Radiological Group, P.C. in 1994. He is currently the Vice President of MRG. Dr. Hofstetter received his Medical Degree from Robert Wood Johnson School of Medicine in New Jersey where he was elected to the AOA Honor Medical Society. He did his residency in Diagnostic Radiology at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation with extensive training in MRI. He completed an additional year of Fellowship in Interventional Radiology. He recently received his Certificate of Additional Qualification from the American Board of Radiology in his area of specialty.
Dr. Hubbert

Theodore E. Hubbert, MD

Dr. Hubbert and his family moved to our area in 1999 from New Orleans, Louisiana when he joined The Medford Radiological Group, P.C. In addition to his Medical Degree, Dr. Hubbert has a Masters degree in Public Health which he earned at The University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill. Dr. Hubbert was honorably discharged from the US Army in 1990 after serving at Walter Reed Army Institute of Research. He was the Chief Fellow at Louisiana State University Medical Center during his Interventional Radiology fellowship.
Dr. Jackson

Roberta L. Jackson, MD

Dr. Jackson joined The Medford Radiological Group, P.C. in 1988 and is currently the Medical Director for Rogue Valley Medical Center. Dr. Jackson received her Medical Degree at California’s Loma Linda University Medical Center where she took two years of internal medicine, and completed her residency requirements in diagnostic radiology.
Dr. McAnally

James L. McAnally, MD

Dr. McAnally joined The Medford Radiological Group, P.C. in July 2008. Dr. McAnally received his medical degree from the University Of Alabama School Of Medicine in Birmingham, Alabama. He then completed his five year radiology residency/internship at the University of New Mexico School Of Medicine. A one year fellowship in musculoskeletal radiology followed.
Dr. Palmer

Eric W. Palmer, MD

Dr. Palmer joined The Medford Radiological Group, P.C. in July 2009. He is currently the Medical Director at Providence Medford Medical Center. He compliments our practice with extensive expertise in diagnostic radiology, interventional, vascular, spine, and oncology procedures and stroke intervention. His training also includes clinical and inpatient management of patients undergoing diagnostic and interventional procedures.

Dr. Palmer received his medical degree from the Tulane University School of Medicine in 2003. He completed his internship in preliminary medicine, his residency in diagnostic radiology, and his fellowship in vascular and interventional radiology at the Loma Linda University Medical Center, in southern California. He is a board-certified radiologist by the American Board of Radiology, and a member of the Radiological Society of North America, Society of Interventional Radiology, and the Roentgen Ray Society
Dr. Pastrano

Joe A. Pastrano, MD

Dr. Pastrano joined The Medford Radiological Group, P.C. (MRG) in July 2010. He complements our practice with five years of experience in Diagnostic Radiology with additional subspecialty training in Neuroradiology and Musculoskeletal Radiology.

Dr. Pastrano received his medical degree from Yale University School of Medicine in 1996. He completed his internship in general surgery and one year of residency in Otolaryngology at the Yale-New Haven Medical Center in Connecticut. Afterwards, he served as a general medical officer in the United States Air Force at Lackland Air Force Base in Texas. During this time, he discovered his love for radiology and completed his residency in Diagnostic Radiology at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio, Texas in 2005. Dr. Pastrano obtained his fellowship training in Musculoskeletal Radiology at Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center and was an Assistant Professor at Wake Forest University. In 2006, he left Wake Forest to become an Assistant Professor at the University of Kentucky and currently holds a part-time assistant professorship at UK. He completed an additional fellowship in Neuroradiology at the University of Washington in Seattle in 2010. Dr. Pastrano is a board-certified radiologist by the American Board of Radiology.
Dr. Pastrano

John N. Simmons, MD

Dr. Simmons joined the Medford Radiological Group, P.C. (MRG) in October 2011. He compliments our practice as a Diagnostic Radiologist including MR, CT and Ultrasound, as well as a subspecialty in Musculoskeletal Imaging.

Dr. Simmons grew up in Kansas where he received his BA in Chemistry from the University of Kansas. He then obtained his medical degree from the University of Kansas Medical School, and completed his internship and residency at the University of Missouri at Kansas City School of Medicine. His fellowship training in Musculoskeletal Imaging was completed at the University of Alabama, Birmingham. He has served as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Radiology at the University of Kentucky.
Dr. Pastrano

Michael J. Troychak, MD

Dr. Troychak joined The Medford Radiological Group, P.C. in 2002. He is currently The President of The Medford Radiological Group, P.C. and the Medical Director of Oregon Advanced Imaging in Medford, Oregon. A graduate of the University of Oregon and Oregon Health Sciences University, (OHSU) radiology residency and then board certification, Dr. Troychak has additional board certification in Nuclear Medicine after a fellowship at the University of Washington. He was in private practice in Seattle for 15 years. While there he found himself frequently traveling to the southern Oregon coast for its outdoor attributes before finally choosing to return to his home state and moving to Medford with his family in 2002. He specializes in MRI, Nuclear Medicine including PET, and CT, but covers all imaging modalities.
Dr. Tryon

Brian C. Tryon, MD

Dr. Tryon joined The Medford Radiological Group, P.C. in August of 2007. Dr. Tryon currently serves on the Board of Directors for The Medford Radiological Group, P.C. as the Director at Large. Dr. Tryon's subspecialty is in neuroradiological imaging with an interest in stroke, head and neck radiology, diagnostic angiography, general IR procedures, spinal imaging (including discography, myelography, vertebroplasty, facet injections) and biopsy procedures.

Dr. Tryon completed his medical school, internship, and residency in diagnostic radiology at the Drexel University College of Medicine, the Medical College of Pennsylvania and Hahnemann University Hospitals, all located in Philadelphia. While there, Dr. Tryon received a full scholarship for graduate research studying tissue transplantation and recovery of vestibulospinal function following spinal cord injury. He completed his fellowship in neuroradiology at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center and Parkland Hospital in Dallas, Texas.

Dr. Tryon has a MD/PhD scholarship from The School of Biomedical Science as well as the Dr. Mary Yankosky Award in Radiologic Science from the Hahnemann School of Medicine. He also has a student recognition award for outstanding academic performance in neurobiology and anatomy from Allegheny University of Health Science (now Drexel University School of Medicine). Dr. Tryon received the “Sustained Superior Performance Employee” award at the Veterans Affairs Medical Center in San Diego, California.

Dr. Tryon grew up with an athletic background in southern California and enjoys a wide variety of activities with his family, which include backpacking, hiking, skiing, cycling, sailing and soaring. In addition, he enjoys writing short stories.
